For over 35 years, Tony Bianco has been making art for a living. He has painted and taught workshops across Canada and into Europe. His National Park series, "a Portrait of Canada" has toured museums and galleries. He has also designed over 100 coins for the Royal Canadian Mint, including a number of our $2 coins. Lately, he's been using acrylics, oils, and plasters to create depth and texture in his work. HIs paintings have a richness of colour and light, suffusing the texture with jewel-like qualities. Tony's work has been shown and sold across North America. He also works directly with his clients, creating custom commissioned paintings for their homes.
