Tom's love of wood shows in the unique pieces of art he creates. They are both exquisitely beautiful and functional. He exposes the hidden beauty in what most would consider ordinary blocks of wood.Although he uses some exotic species, most of the wood is aquired locally. In a way, he is giving new life to the tree.
