Pauline Bradshaw passes along her extensive knowledge of academic drawing and painting techniques in private studio classes, lectures and workshops held at the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa and the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Toronto. She has twice been invited to exhibit to the prestigious Louvre Museum in Paris as part of the Société National des Beaux Arts annual international exhibition. Awards include first painting prize in the International Beaux Arts Miniature Exhibition held bi-annually in Quebec and The Japanese Paper Place undergraduate art award at York University. “My paintings, drawings and prints are representational but with a little edge to them. I look for unusual objects and unexpected compositions.”
